Dear Paul,
Joy and I want to thank you for the fantastic centre piece of our ‘red grotto’. We were so grateful to have a professional of your standard step in and help us out when our ‘handyman’ went into hospital. We know that you gave up some holiday time to build our oven at short notice. The ‘wow’ factor is extraordinary and everyone who has been in our grotto has remarked upon the magnificent oven. We consider ourselves very fortunate that you came into our lives.
